Guiding the communications strategy around Victoria’s Secret’s new brand positioning

Business Challenge: How do we communicate Victoria’s Secret’s brand evolution, such as the new VS Collective, and re-engage consumers?

Solution: We worked with Victoria’s Secret on a proactive and reactive communications strategy around the brand’s efforts to evolve and move forward from its past.

Through the platform VS Now—’advocating for women today’—we launched initiatives such as the new VS Collective and mastectomy bras, built and re-introduced key media relationships and carved storytelling opportunities that highlighted the brand’s new journey.

Results included Good Morning America, Harper’s Bazaar, People en Espanol and Vogue with over 100 coverage hits, along with 10+ events produced across the US.
