Celebrating an IPO with New York City’s first major outdoor activation post-pandemic

Business Challenge: How do we celebrate F45’s IPO at the New York Stock Exchange wto showcase the company’s successes globally and foster strong relationships with 300+ key stakeholders, including investors and employees?

Strategy & Execution: We managed and produced the NYSE celebration for F45 which consisted of experiential production with an outdoor activation and VIP event, talent management with Steve Aoki, Flo-Rida, FISHER and Yolanda be Cool, PR support with key stakeholder interviews and Getty logistics, in addition to guestlist management and content creation for all assets. 

This project showcased a multilayered activation executed within stringent guidelines due to COVID and tight timeframe—driving international attention for F45 and engaging key stakeholders.
