Business Challenge: How do we re-establish the brand in key target markets at the local community level?

Strategy & Execution: We developed a micro-localization activation plan targeting Aveda’s key markets with product trial. We launched the ‘Turn Up The Volume’ program across Seattle and Canada, leaning into the power of performance with the the Invati Advanced™ product range. Through targeted activations within each city, Aveda showed up through local events with Daybreaker, local influencer seeding, retail and salon engagement, street sampling and coffee carts. 

The successful Aveda x Daybreaker partnership was an example of a collaboration with a mutual mission of self-expression, bringing the community together, and embracing wellness.
